Here's a list of the questions we hear most frequently from our clients, along with the answers. If you don't find what you're looking for, we have provided a list of helpful numbers at the end of this document.

Is there a place on the Buffini & Company website where I can keep track of my clients' names and the Items of Value I send them?
Our website doesn't currently offer that functionality, though we may add it in the future. In the meantime, you can use the daily tracker that comes in your Starter Kit to manage this information

Can I order just the CAP Item instead of the full kit?
You need to order the Lead Generation Kit first before you can order additional packages of the CAP items.

How do I get into a Small Group? What do I do if there aren't any Small Groups in my area?
First, click on the Member Login link in the upper-right corner of this or any page on our website. You'll be taken to the login page; there, enter your username and password to proceed to the Member Area. Click on the Small Groups link on the left side of the page. From there, search for Groups in your area. If a Group has space available, you can join it; if none of the Groups in your area are open, you can put your name on a waiting list and we'll notify you when a Group becomes available.

How do I access ClubNet resources on the Buffini & Company website?
First, click on the Member Login link in the upper-right corner of this or any page on our website. You'll be taken to the login page; there, enter your username and password to proceed to the Member Area. Once you've logged in, you can explore all that the ClubNet section of our website has to offer, including the Referral Directory, Lead Generation Tracker, and much more.

How do I get to the Referral Systems section on the Buffini & Company website?
First, click on the Member Login link in the upper-right corner of this or any page on our website. You'll be taken to the login page; there, enter your username and password to proceed to the Member Area. Once you've logged in, you can explore the many valuable resources in the Referral Systems section of our website.

When should I expect my first Referral Systems Lead Generation Kit shipment?
You may receive your Starter Kit at our Turning Point event if you sign up for Referral Systems membership at that time. If not, one will be sent to you. Then, you'll receive your first monthly Referral Systems kit the following month.

What should I expect in my monthly Lead Generation Kit?
Each monthly kit includes 100 CAP Items, 100 "Oh By The Way..." stickers, and 50 note cards and envelopes. A copy of your cover letter will accompany the CAP Items.

When are Referral Systems shipments sent?
We ship monthly Kits by the 19th of each month. Additional CAP Items are shipped after all the Referral Systems kits have gone out, usually within a couple of days. Expect up to five (5) working days for UPS to deliver.

What if I don't receive my monthly Kit within five (5) days?
Contact Client Care at 877 921 CARE (2273) and we'll track your shipment for you.

Can I order additional items from the Lead Generation Kit?
Yes. Call 800 945 3485 x 4 to order.

Whom do I contact for address and/or credit card changes?
