Today
is a day of rest in the U.S. for Labor Day - the annual tribute to the
contributions workers have made to the prosperity and well being of America.
And so this is just a quick hello to wish you a peaceful time with your loved
ones.
For
our Canadians Members I'll see you soon at the Success Seminars and the Turning
Point in Toronto – we’re really looking forward to our time there.

While
this year’s MasterMind may have come
and gone, it sounds like the memories, experiences and lessons learned are still
very much in the present. I’ve read so many notes from people who felt it was just what they needed - just when they needed it.
And
let me tell you, the same is true for me. My energy is high and I’m fired up to
stay on the journey.
To
continue the momentum we began at MasterMind, next month I’m going to do a
Webinar for all our Members on how to view setbacks in a very different light.
Make sure you don’t miss it. It’s another piece of the puzzle to creating your
own personal comeback.

I'm on the road this week talking to agents at our Success Seminars but I just wanted to let you know about the results from our Blitz program, the Summertime Surge. The 3249 Members who enrolled in the Blitz had the following staggering numbers in just 45 days:
- 8.5 referrals each
- 6,882 transactions with $2 billion in total sales
- $60 million in commissions for an average $18,467 per Member
I'm just so proud of you guys.

Just a quick
hello from Buffini & Company HQ – Joe and I are immersed in preparations
for MasterMind which kicks off this weekend. I heard today that we have just
over 40 seats left…so if you haven’t signed up now is the time. This is going
to be a spectacular event and a great opportunity to build a comeback story of
your own.
There’s another
countdown – we’re in the last week of the Blitz and with over 11,000 referrals
generated already I think it’s safe to say you are one group of professionals who did
not wait for a "recovery" to get things moving. I’m proud of you guys – let’s
sprint to the finish and I’ll see you on Sunday night!

While recent economic troubles have hit far and wide and this
continues to be a difficult and challenging time for many, there are signs of
growth and optimism – especially if we focus in on the right areas.
As I prepare for this year’s MasterMind Summit I’m fully immersed
in the content and engrossed in upbeat videos, books and subject matter. And
let me tell you, I’m in a great frame of mind because of it.
Are you monitoring your intake? What are you doing to stay
positive and motivated? Are you coming to MasterMind to join a group of the
most positive and fired up real estate professionals in North America? I’ll be

There’s a phrase that says all work and no play makes jack a dull boy. I don’t know about you but lately I’ve been a pretty dull boy. The effort needed to meet the challenge of today’s market has had me putting my nose to the grindstone in a way I haven’t for years.
Recently I rediscovered one of my hobbies, however, and I realized that part of me had been missing. Maybe you’re a writer, a musician or a painter. Perhaps you like to golf, read, jog or do some gardening. There are probably another 200 I didn’t mention but in an environment like this it’s so easy to forget those things that put a spring in our step and the joy in our journey.
So just a little word to the wise; make sure you’re making room for those interests that make you who you are. Get on your hobbyhorse…because nobody wants to be a dull boy.
